Tech Data is celebrating a double win at the recent Veeam UK Partner Summit, where it was named Distribution Partner of the Year for the second year in a row and Aggregator of the Year, after growing its Veeam sales through partners by around one third in 2021. Sales through VCSPs (Veeam Cloud & Service Providers) grew even faster.
Sales growth was driven by Tech Data’s investment in partner support, including new automated processes, an enhanced Software Store and new Veeam VAR and Cloud training content on the Tech Data Channel Academy platform.

He added: “Our enhanced Software Store is helping more partners to maximise licensing renewals and our Click to Run solutions – for Veeam Cloud Connect, Veeam Backup & Replication, and Veeam Backup for Microsoft 365 – have provided partners with ready-made Azure-based cloud offerings to take to market.”
