Cloud marketplace Pax8 has acquired Bam Boom Cloud, a technology consultancy and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central services organisation offering technology solutions with fixed monthly pricing for small and medium sized businesses.
The acquisition creates an opportunity for Bam Boom Cloud to scale its technology solutions for the channel ecosystem, while enabling MSPs to add new services that leverage Bam Boom’s Microsoft Dynamics expertise.
With more than 135 employees across the US, UK, Germany, India and Canada, Bam Boom is the Global 2022 Microsoft Partner of the Year, Dynamics 365 Business Central.
