Canon UK & Ireland is pleased to announce the appointment of Stuart Miller as its new Director of B2B Indirect Sales. In his new role, Stuart will be responsible for coordinating all B2B Partner business in the UK and driving growth across Canon’s indirect sales channels. He will seek out new business opportunities whilst overseeing Canon’s Partner Programme – a scheme which provides tailored support for resellers through dedicated resources and training.
The appointment comes as Canon looks to enhance the levels of support that it offers to its resellers. Stuart and his team will be working collaboratively with Partners to explore new opportunities and ways of working – helping them to adapt, grow and thrive in today’s challenging marketplace.
Stuart Miller said: “I’m delighted to be joining Canon at a time when it is increasing its focus on its indirect routes to market. I’m looking forward to leading this exciting part of the business and developing initiatives which will benefit the channel. Identifying new customers whose portfolios will be complemented by our award-winning technology will also be an important priority.”
Stuart joins Canon with over thirty years’ experience in the technology sector, where he has undertaken senior positions in a number of leading organisations. He previously worked for Konica Minolta, where he led the organisation’s Scottish Business Unit as well as its Private Sector Business Unit. In his last role, Stuart led a National Sales team for a Microsoft Inner Circle Partner, were he gained valuable insight into the world of Microsoft and Professional Services.
