Knight to drive Daisy cyber security proposition

Lightware strengthens UK team

Ciphr takes on M&A expert
Marlow-based SaaS HR provider Ciphr is preparing for further growth with the appointment of Imran Akhoun as Director of M&A. Reporting directly to Ciphr Chief Financial Officer Ray Berry, Akhoun will be responsible for identifying merger and acquisition targets, managing due diligence processes and coordinating transactions undertaken by the ECI-backed group.
