MyPhones were joined by over 80 partners at the MyPhones 2020 (Virtual) Partner Event, 6th October.
Dominic Black, Cavell Group, provided the audience with predictions for the industry and was joined, as a guest speaker, by Kerry Howells of Tower Leasing who explained how their white label solution enabled partners to brand their own leasing and realise cash up front, with the full support of Tower Leasing.
Top of the agenda was the new reseller portal, launching this month. As the portal was unveiled partners were introduced to a whole new look and feel with new icons, colour schemes, improved navigation, and increased functionality.
“It was great to see so many of our partners attend.” said Paul Gibbs, Sales Director. “The event ran from 09:30 – 13:30, over Zoom, which can seem a long time, but we had so much to share and made sure we built in some sensible breaks. The development teams at myPhones have been doing so much work in the background and it was great to be able to show our partners what we have achieved with even more to come. This was a great day for MyPhones and for our partners. I am looking forward to our next event and sharing our next batch of developments.
During the event the announcement of new commercials, Microsoft Teams integration and an insight into the future development of the platform left the attendees in no doubt that MyPhones will continue to meet and exceed the needs of their partners and their customers going forward. It was clear to see why so many resellers are choosing to partner with MyPhones and have the platform at the heart of their business solutions.
James Pink, Founder of Pink Connect, commented “MyPhones are really turning up the pace with the huge upgrades to their super reliable hosted VoIP platform. We have been Partners for 15 years, so the Teams Integration and new Portal really move the game on for us. We look forward to the future growth these upgrades will bring”.
Established in 1999, MyPhones has a long-standing reputation for delivering reliable white labelled hosted telephony for channel partners
