Symatrix, a Manchester-based Oracle HCM and ERP partner, is planning to increase staff numbers by 50% to more than 150 employees over the next 12 months to support its continued growth.
This builds on a doubling of the firm’s headcount from 56 to more than 100 in 2022, following record revenue growth of 35% (projected) in the financial year to February 2023, up from 18% in the previous financial year, and a record pipeline of consulting and managed services projects for 2023.
Chris Brooks, Managing Director of Symatrix, said: “We are very proud of our performance in these challenging times both in terms of winning net new customers across multiple sectors, including some very large contracts, but also with regard to our success in winning more work from existing customers. ”More than 50% of the company’s revenues are recurring.
Growth is being driven by overseas activities – Symatrix opened a wholly owned division in India, Symatrix Global IT Services, in 2021; strong demand for its BPO Payroll Service and growing interest in the Oracle HR Help Desk solution designed to help HR teams manage queries more efficiently; and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
