Mobile-first UCaaS platform offers ICT Channel attractive margin and own-branding opportunities
Apalo today announced the nationwide UK roll-out of its unified communications as-a-service (UCaaS) platform to the ICT Channel. This follows an intensive period of successful product testing with selected partners and their business customers over the past six months.
Apalo is targeting to recruit 50 to 60 new partners over the next 12 months, offering them attractive margins with recurring revenue opportunities through reselling or own-branding the fully white-labelled, integrated multi-tenanted UCaaS platform.
For one affordable monthly service fee partners will be able to offer their customers a highly differentiated all-in-one UC solution, accessed via a single management portal. This combines mobile, telephony, collaboration tools, national and international calls and data packages – with full SBC (session border control) and management for traffic monitoring and fraud prevention. Partners will also be able to offer customers a wide choice of handsets from leading manufacturers including Cisco, Yealink, Polycom, Panasonic, Gigaset, Snom and Htek.
“With our Apalo UCaaS platform our Channel Partners can offer their customers a whole new way of communicating – reliably, securely and seamlessly across all connected devices,” said Philippe Matos, CEO of Apalo. “From UC to SIP and Mobile, our unique integrated platform approach offers the ICT Channel excellent margin and own-branding opportunities together with the convenience of everything being accessible from a single management portal.”
He added: “Building on the strong partner insight gained over the past six months our experienced team is now ready to onboard and work alongside 50 to 60 new Channel Partners, helping them to grow faster and more successfully than with most other solutions on the market today. With the only full fixed-mobile convergence (FMC) solution on the market, we’re offering a real alternative to Cloud PBX Providers, Traditional Equipment Manufacturers and Open Source providers.”
High scalable, Apalo’s mobile-first platform is built for workforces of all sizes, enabling easy collaboration across multiple locations and devices. Users’ mobile phone devices are an intrinsic part of the UC system which can be managed from anywhere, at any time.
Apalo, a trading name of UK-based EG Technologies Limited, provides turnkey mobile first communications platforms for unified communications solutions. These allow the ICT Channel to easily sell to enterprises of all sizes including SOHO, SMEs, large accounts, hotels, leisure, retail and hospitals. Solutions can be adapted and optimised for different requirements and applications including cloud telephony, SIP trunking, (i.e. connected cloud telephony users and PBX users merged into one) fixed‐mobile convergence (FMC), Cloud Contact Centre, interactive voice responses (IVRs) and collaboration audio and video.
