Global technology provider Arrow Electronics has launched its new Arrow Authorised Partner Programme in the UK to enhance its services offering, expanding both the scale and breadth of resources available to customers.
Arrow already uses skilled in-house expertise to support channel customers at every stage of the buying cycle through assessment, pre-sales, deployment, project management, training and support. The Arrow Authorised Partner Programme adds a bigger pool of expert resource to meet a broader range of customer requirements, via a single relationship with Arrow.
The increasing complexity of the technology landscape means that resellers need a broad range of skills and vendor experience to service their customer’s needs fully. The expanded Arrow services offering now includes:
- Access to over 750 expert consultants
- Via more than 25 Arrow Authorised Partner Programmes
- Delivery skills in more than 70 different vendors and technology segments
