Commercial Foundation, the social enterprise founded by Cheltenham-based business services group Commercial, has been awarded B Corp certification in recognition of its social and environmental standards and commitment to goals other than shareholder profit.
Since it was founded in 2015, Commercial Foundation has helped more than 130 16-24-year-olds outside work or education to gain skills, experience and self-confidence through its #NoLimits employability programme. This includes work experience at the Foundation’s WE DO. Print studio. Commercial Foundation is one of 1,000 regsitered companies in the UK and 6,000 worldwide to have been awarded B Corp status.
