Billing and provisioning solutions provider Union Street Technologies has become a member of the Institute of Customer Service, an independent not-for-profit membership body that helps its 450 corporate members and 4,000 individual members enhance their customer service by providing research, training, accreditation, networking and consultancy.

Working with The Institute will help to drive new initiatives and ensure our customers remain at the heart of everything we do.”
Existing Union Street initiatives to improve billing skill levels in the communications industry include the Union Street Accredited Professional (USAP) qualification, which has upskilled hundreds of billing professionals since it was launched in 2015; and the Union Street service portal, which provides on-demand access to training videos, live chat and an extensive knowledge base.
More than 600 CPs use Union Street’s aBILLity billing solution to bill around £1.1 billion per annum.
