Telecommunications specialist Enreach UK is strengthening its managed IT services offering with the launch of IT Security and IT Remote Support services provided with a monthly per-user pricing model.
Subscribers to either service will automatically gain access to Enreach’s standard everyday monitoring service which acts as a bolt-on IT department proactively monitoring customers’ infrastructure, networks and devices so customers can focus on other areas of their business.
Enreach’s IT Security managed service will identify areas of vulnerability and recommend and implement solutions, with proactive monitoring, management and reporting available to counter more complex issues. Its IT Remote Support service will enable in-house experts to access clients’ computers and networks to perform diagnostic or remedial tasks.
