More than nine out of 10 Nimans resellers (93%) say they would recommend the distributor, based on the quality of its sales, technical support, accounts, logistics, returns, marketing and website, with more than 70% stating a preference for dealing with dedicated account managers.
The survey of more than 5,000 Nimans customers shows that average satisfaction levels have risen across the board since the last survey in 2015, with 99% satisfaction for stock availability, 96% for product range and 93% for helpfulness.
