Integrity360 is enhancing its position as an independent cybersecurity services specialist and increasing its European footprint with the acquisition of Caretower.
With offices in London and Sofia, Bulgaria and reported sales of circa £28m in 2021, Caretower expands the group’s customer base to 1,500 organisations and increases projected group sales this year to £70m.
