Kinly, the AV systems integrator and remote collaboration service provider, is enhancing its end-to-end capabilities with the addition of remote monitoring and management as a service.
Through a global partnership with workplace software specialist Utelogy, Kinly is now able to provide Utelogy licences to customers and offer 24/7 remote monitoring as a service for enhanced uptime, productivity and ROI.
Utelogy’s remote management software provides automated diagnostics of AV and unified communications equipment to pre- empt and solve issues without impacting the end-user, plus extensive room and device usage data.
