At the time of writing, I am entering the fifth week of lockdown. It goes without saying that many of us have seen a seismic shift in our working patterns and the impact on business across all sectors has been significant over the past few weeks. Quocirca conducted an online snapshot survey among print industry professionals worldwide between 31 March and 7 April, to build a picture of experiences and sentiment across the office print industry and its channel, you can read the results on page 36.
In other news, Lexmark has made its cloud print management available to partners. Martin Fairman, UK and Ireland Managing Director explains how CPM is a real differentiator for Lexmark dealers (page 20).
I am delighted to report that entries to the PrintIT Awards are now flooding in. In this issue we place a spotlight on our Platinum and Gold Sponsors as well as a reminder
of the categories available and a brief overview of our category sponsors (page 22).
Kingswood Tech Events has also announced a new event for the reseller community. Taking place at the Business Design Centre, London on October 13, Technology Live
is a compact, one-day exhibition and conference for ICT vendors, distributors and channel partners looking to diversify into new technology areas, expand their offering or build partnerships with other resellers/MSPs (page 30).
