Management trainees take lead in giving

Exertis employees based in Basingstoke, Harlow, Burnley and Elland raised more than £12,600 for local charities through a series of events run by members of the Exertis UPGRADE trainee management programme in July and August.

In total, staff raised £2,487.30 for Naomi House & Jacksplace (bringing the total raised by Exertis to £141,587.22 since it started supporting the charity in 2010); £1,320 for Derian House Children’s Hospice; £1,700 for the Meningitis Research Foundation (MRF); £3,477.76 for Forget Me Not Children’s Hospice; and £3,672.80 for Accuro.

The Exertis ‘UPGRADE’ programme is an 18-month internal trainee management programme linked to a Level 3 apprenticeship in leadership and management.
