National managed print service provider Midshire has chosen to support LATCH Welsh Children’s Cancer Charity, which provides support to children with cancer and leukaemia and their families at the Oncology Unit within the Children’s Hospital for Wales.
Having already provided a Sharp multifunction device on a managed print service to take care of the charity’s print needs, Midshire has now donated a 32- inch Interactive Touch Screen Table for use by children going through treatment.
Denise Henderson, General Manager of LATCH, said: “As children spend so much time on Rainbow Ward, often in isolation, it’s very important to keep them occupied and entertained. This generous donation from Midshire has been a massive hit with the children on the ward, not to mention our ward-based Support Worker. It’s provided hours of joy and distraction.”
