MyPhones have announced the launch of ‘Insights’, a brand new reporting suite for the MyPhones Altos hosted telephony platform.
The MyPhones hosted telephony platform is being adopted by Print and IT resellers looking for additional revenue streams, that can be leased to their existing customer base, that is easy to onboard and has no upfront costs or minimum volume.
Designed specifically for the Altos platform Insights gives end users and MyPhones partners in-depth reporting as standard.
The launch of Insights follows other recent platform enhancements unveiled at the MyPhones Partner Day, including MS Teams integration and a portal refresh which makes it even easier for partners to manage their estate, with new menus, navigation, a dynamic dashboard and a wider choice of colour schemes to complement partner branding.
The Insights reporting suite responds to the increasing need for richer data analytics, which in turn enables businesses to drive productivity across remote locations.

Insights will replace the existing reporting module to give partners and end customers a wider choice of reports, at group and individual level. Reports can be easily filtered by call types with results shown as easy to read graphics or detailed statistics and the reports now available make it easier than ever to manage remote call groups and individual productivity.
Insights has all the information you would expect from an industry leading reporting platform, with pre-defined activity reports and filtering to tailor to specific information including: – call types, users and groups, with graphical and statistical results that can be viewed on screen or exported to csv or pdf files to share.
