Merseyside IT consultancy and technology solutions provider Aabyss Limited is extending its presence and reach across the north of England with the acquisition of Yorkshire-based managed services provider Netcom Technologies Ltd. This is the company’s second acquisition in two years, following that of Bolton-based Tandem Systems in 2019.
