Delivered in BT Wholesale’s data centre, the latest version of Tollring’s cloudbased Credit and Fraud Management System (CFMS) monitors call trends, implements rules and triggers alerts to protect resellers and their customers from illegal usage and ‘bill shock’.
The solution includes a credit management element that enables resellers to constrain legitimate spend and manage ‘risky’ customers.
