Onecom, the LDC-backed communications technology provider, has started 2023 with the acquisition of Midlands-based IT services provider IMS Technology Services Limited.
Founded in 2002, the Microsoft Partner provides a range of IT services, IT support and unified communications solutions to more than 600 customers across the UK.
IMS Technology Services is Onecom’s ninth acquisition since 2019 as it continues to broaden its IT services offering and geographical reach to provide customers with a single source for their communication tools and IT services.
