Panintelligence wins loyalty scheme contract

Leeds-based data visualisation software firm Panintelligence has won a contract to supply its data analytics and business intelligence software to a new digital loyalty platform, also based in the city.

The brainchild of former professional footballer Achille Traore, White Label Loyalty enables retail and hospitality companies to make data-driven decisions to reward customers, using Panintelligence Pi within clients’ own data environments to visualise data generated by their business and customers.

Traore said: “The one-size-fits-all approach of traditional loyalty schemes simply doesn’t work and 75% of loyalty programmes fail. We have created a modular platform that we custom-build in around four weeks for any size of client, choosing the most relevant data, and making decisions based on that. We have effectively democratised the whole process, making data accessible to all.”

White Label Loyalty was established in 2015 and currently employs 12 people. Customers include Fedex, the Marco Pierre White restaurant chain and Yorkshire tapas bar group La Casita. Traore added: “The next stage of our internal development will be the introduction of predictive analytics, using AI machine learning to predict customer churn and intervene to increase retention. Panintelligence will be a trusted partner for us on our next step of the journey too.”
