Greenlaw takes on EMEA role at Veritas

Geoff Greenlaw

Veritas Technologies, a provider of enterprise backup and data recovery solutions, has appointed Geoff Greenlaw as its new VP of Channel and Alliances
for Europe, Middle East, Africa and India (EMEAI). One of his first priorities will be to roll out the revamped and simplified 2022 Veritas Partner Force Programme, designed to make it more profitable for the channel community to help customers recover from ransomware attacks and manage data across increasingly complex multi-cloud environments. In addition to new incentives and double rebates for key products, the programme is designed to provide greater insight into renewal opportunities and customer revenue forecasting. Greenlaw, who has worked at Veritas for more than 17 years in a variety of sales and channel roles, said: “The acceleration of digital transformation that we’ve witnessed in the last year represents a huge opportunity for the channel. I feel fortunate to be stepping into this expanded role just when we are introducing the Partner Force 22 programme, which will help our channel to address this.”
