New Xerox role for Darren Cassidy
Xerox has appointed Darren Cassidy Managing Director for UK and Ireland and Senior Vice President for Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Enterprise and Global Accounts Operations. A 30-year veteran of the company, Cassidy has held a variety of senior roles at Xerox including head of Global Supplies and President of the Channels group in the US. At the same time, Xerox has made Kevin Paterson Head of Xerox Business Solutions (XBS) & SMB, UK. In this role, he will lead XBS UK and acquired companies (Arena Group, Altodigital, ITEC and Concept Group) and Xerox’s UK channel business.

Helen Charlesworth

Force24 appoints Head of People
Helen Charlesworth – ex head of HR for LNT Group and ilke Homes – is joining Leeds-based multi-channel marketing automation firm Force24 in the new role of Head of People, with responsibility for employee engagement, company culture and in-house processes. Her appointment follows a £4.8 million investment in the company that will enable Force24 to triple its headcount from 62 to 170 by the end of 2024 and nearly double its customer base from 2,500 to 4,000 brands.

Richard Burt

New Head of Service Management at Tiger
Workplace analytics firm Tiger is preparing for further growth with the appointment of Richard Burt as Head of Service Management, responsible for customer experience and helping organisations to unlock their call data to inform decision-making. He brings more than 20 years’ experience in support contracts, service delivery and transformation to the Hampshire-headquartered company. Tiger helps 600 customers in financial services, legal, manufacturing and the public sector to make sense of over three trillion pieces of call data per year.

UC solutions architect joins TIG

Pulsant appoints new CMO and CPO
IT infrastructure services provider Pulsant has strengthened its executive leadership team with the appointment of a new Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) and Chief People Officer (CPO). Guy Daniels, who joined the company as Interim CMO in September 2020, has been made CMO, while April Clark has been promoted to Chief People Officer (CPO) from her previous position of HR Director. Daniels has more than 30 years’ experience in technology marketing, including senior roles at Cognizant Technology Services Europe and Fujitsu International. New CPO Clark joined Pulsant in 2006 from John Menzies Group.

Books takes up Chairman role at ECI

FireEye promotion for Brandi
Following a year in which EMEA deal reg grew by 17% and the number of new customers coming from the channel reached +20%, FireEye has promoted Luca Brandi to EMEA Channel Director. Based in Milan, Brandi joined FireEye six years ago as Distribution Manager for Emerging markets, before becoming Channel & Territory Manager for Southern Europe in 2018.
