New Chief Executive to power expansion at Thomas International
Thomas International, the global talent assessment platform provider, has announced the appointments of Luke McKeever as its new Chief Executive and Jennie Drimmer

Luke McKeever, Thomas International

as its new Chief Sales Officer as it embarks on an international roll-out of its recently launched talent assessment platform, Thomas Perform. McGeever has held CEO positions at multiple international tech businesses including AIM-listed product discovery platform provider Attraqt, the community- focused SaaS platform, SaaS global trading network OB10, and AIM-listed marketing technology company Portrait Software. McKeever said: “Thomas has invested hugely to innovate its platform and build a world- class team to help businesses globally change how they hire and develop. This, and the ambition shown by investment partners Palamon Capital, made this an irresistible opportunity to help grow a globally recognised and innovative brand into the undisputed category leader.”
New Chief Sales Officer Jennie Drimmer brings over 20 years’ experience across the technology and professional services industry, with a significant focus on HR and business transformation. She joins from an EMEA leadership role at Coursera, having previously led the EMEA team for Humanforce and spent a large portion of her career at CEB (now Gartner).

New Business Sales Director for Glide Group
Following its recent acquisition of broadband provider Velocity1, Glide Group, a leader in utilities, connectivity and infrastructure, has announced the appointment of Richard Malizia as Business Sales Director to oversee Glide’s sales growth across all business segments, including data centres, wholesale carriers, enterprise and SME. Priorities include enhancing Glide’s 2,000km+ fibre optic network for customer and partner use and encouraging rapid adoption of Glide’s award-winning FTTP services.


John Brown

John Brown appointed Head of Global Channel at AttackIQ
AttackIQ has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of John Brown as Head of Global Channel to oversee expansion of the company’s partner ecosystem in response to growing global demand for Breach & Attack Simulation (BAS) technologies. Brown said: “In today’s hyper-complex threat environment, customers need to think proactively about cybersecurity and gain the ability to share with confidence the real-time health status of their security programmes. I am especially delighted to join AttackIQ during this time of great expansion in the BAS market.” Brown previously led the EMEA Channel for Menlo Security and served as Director for Northern Europe & Middle East and EMEA Director of Strategic Alliances at LogRhythm.

OT Group creates new roles to drive expanded product offering
OT Group, owner of the Spicers business supplies brand, has created two new roles to help it achieve an online offer of over one million products by the end of 2022 – and 3 million by the end of 2023. The new role of Head of Digital Solutions is being taken up by Paulene Samuels. She said: “My role will be to define the digital roadmap for OT Group. It’s a really exciting time to join the group, with lots of change on the horizon.”


Gary Morris

Brother builds on sector growth with new labelling role
Following record growth in its SPS division, Brother UK has created a new role to help resellers and ISV partners operating in transport and logistics make label printing part of Auto-ID systems. The new post of Senior End User Client Manager for Transport and Logistics is being filled by Gary Morris who has more than 30 years of experience in the sector, working with major operators such as TNT and DHL. Ged Cairns, Head of Auto ID Business Unit at Brother UK, said: “The UK has more than 18 million sq. ft. of speculative warehouse space under construction (source Statista). Gary’s wealth of experience and contacts throughout the industry will help us to effectively support the technology requirements of the fast-growing transport and logistics sector. He will develop on our unique position of being the only provider of mobile, desktop and industrial labelling machines alongside leading inkjet and laser devices, making us a one-stop-shop for warehouses’ printing needs.”



Aryaka fills new global channels role

Aryaka, a provider of fully managed SD- WAN and Unified SASE solutions, has promoted Craig Patterson to the newly created role of Senior Vice President of Global Channels. As global channel chief, Patterson will oversee channel marketing and channel programs across North America, EMEA and APAC. Patterson joined Aryaka in September 2021 as Channel Chief and Vice President of Channel Sales– Americas. Patterson said: “Aryaka’s cloud-first WAN and SASE solution offers an incredible opportunity for partners of all types. NTT targets Irish tech sector growth

Global IT services provider NTT DATA UK&I is expanding its presence in Ireland with the appointment of Ciaran McGuinness as a Client Partner to drive the company’s growth in the Irish tech sector and build on existing relationships with eir, Vodafone, Flutter
and Three. His priorities will be to build out the team on the ground, increase market penetration and introduce Irish clients to key innovations in cloud, networks, automation, data and intelligence, customer experience and security, including smart cities, blockchain and 5G networks. Prior to joining NTT DATA UK&I, McGuinness held a variety of roles in technology consulting, digital product & service design, digital advertising and technology non-profit,
most recently at Cognizant.
