PRS Telecom has become the first member of a new Partnership Programme set up by BigChange to introduce more businesses to its field service management software, which is already being used by 1,700 organisations around the world to eradicate inefficient paper-based processes and the complexity of managing multiple systems.
The BigChange Job Management Platform brings together customer relationship management (CRM), job scheduling, live tracking, field resource management, financial management and business intelligence in one easy to integrate system.
PRS Telecom offers a range of mobile and office-based telecommunication solutions for businesses across the UK and sees BigChange as a logical addition to its portfolio.

The BigChange Partnership Programme is aimed at equipment suppliers and consultants in sectors such as facilities management, plumbing and heating, fire and security, hire and building maintenance. Successful applicants will be allocated a distinct territory and will be supported with training, professional sales support and marketing assistance as they transition from a BigChange introducer to a full reseller.
