QPC UK to resell Genesys PureCloud

QPC UK, a contact centre services and solutions company, has signed an agreement to resell and deploy the Genesys PureCloud customer engagement solution.

Phil Smith, CEO of QPC, said: “This new partnership with Genesys expands the existing relationship between the two companies in Australia and New Zealand and our existing experience of working with both OpenText and Teleopti in cloud communications. PureCloud will enable QPC to further satisfy UK and EMEA demand for cloud-based communications, while opening up major new business opportunities for both companies among public and private sector organisations.”

He added: “Working with Genesys will further QPC’s ability to help enterprises migrate from their legacy telephone environments to a more agile, flexible approach for future-proofing cloud contact centre solutions.”
