HCM and ERP solutions provider Symatrix is planning to increase its headcount by 25% over the next two years to support growing demand for its managed services from enterprise organisations that are struggling to manage their cloud ecosystem and applications.
The investment builds on the company’s 20-year experience as a provider of Human Capital Management (HCM) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementations, both on-premise and in the cloud, by clearly positioning managed services as its primary offering and by enabling Symatrix to optimise HCM and ERP implementations delivered by itself or a third party.
The company’s existing managed services offering includes Oracle HCM and ERP managed services, both on-premise and in the cloud; the Oracle E-Business suite; and a suite of Outsourced Payroll Services using these applications.
Symatrix also provides a business process outsourcing (BPO) managed payroll service on both the Oracle and Salesforce Cloud platforms, which it plans to develop with new financial well-being features, such as automation of self assessment returns or the ability for employees to access pay on completion of worked hours.
CEO Chris Brooks said: “As Symatrix prepares to celebrate its 20th birthday in 2020, we are focused on meeting the needs of a rapidly changing marketplace and we feel our drive behind managed services positions us strongly to achieve that.”
