Tech Data is taking steps to ensure people of all races, religions and cultures feel welcome and represented within the company by establishing a business resource group (BRG) focused on diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI).
The third Tech Data BRG to go live in the UK and Ireland, Embrace will hold ‘drop-in’ meetings every 6 to 8 weeks where anyone from minority groups or anyone affected by issues of racism or prejudice can share their experiences and make their voices heard.

Tech Data already has BRGs for the empowerment of women (Elevate) and LGBTQ+ co-workers (SPECTRUM).
