Tech Data strengthens cloud support services

Tech Data is strengthening its cloud support services in Europe with the launch of a new services framework that enables partners to build a profitable cloud services and licensing portfolio and deliver bespoke service packages based on each customer’s individual needs. 

The ELITE Cloud Support Service (CSS) Partner Program includes a range of core and optional pay-as-you-go service modules, available in co-branded or white- label versions. 

These include multi-channel partner and end user access; highest ticket prioritisation; 24/7 incident management; guaranteed Initial Response Time SLAs; multi-language support; unlimited cloud tickets; on-premise and hybrid environment support options; and a Premier Support for Partners L3 escalation path when needed. 

Modular add-ons include: end customer direct access, in which Tech Data addresses end customer requests directly rather than through the partner; custom SLAs; discounts for Tech Data Managed Services; Tech Data Academy offerings; and access to Tech Data’s Click 2 Run Solutions.
