Following its appointment by Broadcom as a Global Commercial Aggregator for the full range of Symantec security solutions, Tech Data has invested in specialist tools and resources to help Broadcom reseller partners drive recurring revenue from security.
In addition to dedicated pre-sales, post-sales technical, business development and account management staff, Tech Data is providing resellers and their customers with 24/7 technical support on the full Symantec range and a Security Health Check service that channel partners can use to ensure their customers’ software and licencing are up to date.
In March, it launched the Symantec Software Store, a dedicated online resource that partners can use to identify the right solutions and licence options for customers, to build professional quotations, and to keep tabs on renewal dates for software licenses.
