Manchester based I.T. support company Titan has become the latest addition to the inTec Business Solutions digital transformation consultancy.
Founded in 2016, inTec is seeking to build a dynamic ICT group made up of telecoms and IT support providers that recognise the need to broaden their portfolios and become full-service technology solutions providers but don’t have the resources to do it on their own.
Its favoured model is that of an ‘owned’ partnership – a company in which it has a controlling interest, but which retain its identity and management team.
inTec acquired its first ‘owned’ partner,
Hale Communications, in 2018 and has since added three more: Stourbridgebased Vision Corporate Services; Stockport-based Cheshire Business Services; and, now, Titan, which will continue to trade as Titan Networks and be led by MD Mick Satiar.
Simon Howitt, Chairman of inTec, said: “Partners we have engaged with can see the sense of being able to leverage inTec’s technical capabilities and work with their customers across a broader spectrum than just telecoms or IT support. They like that they are joining a group where they keep their identities and have a clear plan to drive growth in their business.”
