Manchester-based inTEC Group has acquired a controlling interest in IT services provider Astec Computing as part of its on-going acquisition strategy. The company’s 12th acquisition since 2016 and its fourth this year increases its headcount to more than 120 across 10 sites in the UK and Ireland.
Based near Hastings and with customers throughout Sussex, Kent and London, Astec is a Microsoft Gold Partner specialising in Modern Workplace/Classroom, IT Security, Support and Infrastructure.
inTEC Group specialises in the design, implementation and support of a wide range of cloud services and business applications including I.T. managed services/ infrastructure support, hosted collaboration, and communication solutions.
