Exertis is partnering with Australian software-as-a-service provider CT4 to bring its data backup services to resellers across the UK. CT4, formerly Canopy Tools, offers data protection services

Following its recent $70 million Series C funding, AppOmni has appointed Exclusive Networks company Ignition Technology

Following its acquisition by global investment firm Permira in May, email and collaboration security company Mimecast is strengthening its focus on Europe via a new distribution agreement with Exclusive Networks.

To support the partnership, Exclusive Networks is building a dedicated Mimecast team with the aim of increasing new business by more than 50% over the next two years. The agreement initially covers the UK and Ireland, the Middle East and Israel, with possible expansion into other regions in 2023.
