Xelion UK, the multi-award winning cloud telephony provider, has launched a new Ordering Tool with a ‘provisioning wizard’ on its partner portal, allowing channel partners to rapidly onboard new customers to the Xelion hosted telephony platform. The new Ordering Tool is also available as a plug-in for partners to use on their own sites so their resellers or direct customers can use the provisioning wizard.
Xelion is totally focused on the channel with a partner only policy, avoiding conflicts of interest. Xelion’s partner portal is also packed full of marketing materials including documentation and graphics for use in proposals, contracts, online and social media. The Xelion hosted telephony service is FREE for all Xelion partners to use for their own internal communications. This allows partners to really familiarise themselves with the outstanding features and functions of the service.
For Xelion UK, Dave Reynolds, Managing Director said, “We want to make it as quick and simple for our partners to on-board new customers. We already have an Integration Market Place providing partners with ‘pre-packaged’ integration for the Xelion platform with a host of leading UC applications, so partners don’t spend time and expenditure programming interfaces between Xelion and customers preferred back-office apps. Our aim is to make it easy as possible for partners to sell and deploy the Xelion hosted service.”
Xelion was founded in the Netherlands by Micha Cohen in 1988. The Xelion cloud-based telephony solution was developed in 2012 to optimise the efficiency and performance of business communication. In 2016 Xelion entered the UK market and Dave Reynolds joined as UK Managing Director.
The company is totally focused on the comms channel with a partner only policy, so there are never any conflicts of interest. The Xelion platform has an open architecture that puts the comms provider back in control, allowing them to build their own comprehensive comms proposition with the flexibility to set their own path and destiny, something no other hosted voice vendor is trying to achieve with the channel.
A major focus for the Xelion development team is the continued integration of Xelion with third-party applications such as Microsoft 365, Power BI, popular CRM packages and many other applications. The vision is that Xelion should be the central hub in the corporate communications of the companies that use it, so it’s more than just a cloud telephony service.
