Digital Wholesale Solutions (DWS), the leading partner platform for IT, communications and cloud, recently hosted Wunderground, a unique partner event held within the tunnels of 26 Leake Street, an award-winning venue near to London’s Waterloo Station. The venue was transformed into three distinctive themes for each tunnel; the Chill Out Bar, Whimsical Garden and the Electric Ballroom.
The event proved to be an enormous success, attracting hundreds of partners and industry stalwarts from across the channel. Wunderground was sponsored and supported by leading industry suppliers including CityFibre, TalkTalk Wholesale Services, Microsoft, Acronis, BT Wholesale, Sophos, Neos, Pangea and Draytek.
Guests enjoyed the opportunity to meet and network with industry colleagues, as well as key suppliers and vendors, in a relaxed, fun and friendly environment with an eclectic mix of food and drinks. They also had the chance to enjoy fantastic performances from Capital FM DJ Shayna Marie, legendary radio DJ, Scott Mills, magician Guy Parker, and street-theatre musicians, Spark!
This was the first partner event to be held by DWS in 2023 and follows last autumn’s highly successful Oktoberfest. According to DWS, the objective of Wunderground was to celebrate the success achieved with partners during 2022, and opportunities in store for 2023. It also provided an informal atmosphere to meet with key personnel from DWS, as well as companies from the wider group such as Giacom and Union Street.
