Enreach UK has been shortlisted for its Customer Experience (CX) transformation at The UK Customer Experience Awards 2022 by demonstrating outstanding CX improvements across the business. The event is due to be held at Wembley this October, where it will be judged by independent and industry recognised CX professionals.
It is the first time Enreach UK have entered the CX awards after rebranding from Network Telecom in 2019. Focusing on CX transformation in the UK, Enreach has laid down the foundations of its organisation with three core values in mind: being open, bringing excitement, and going beyond.
