MeasureMatch expands professional services categories to meet growing demand for digital transformation

From advisory to execution, the systems and data-centric professional services marketplace now offers skills and services across 12 categories from business consulting to space exploration, including cloud platforms, cybersecurity and more.
UK-based professional services marketplace MeasureMatch has expanded its digital transformation services categories due to customer demand, which has been reaching well beyond the platform’s original focus on marketing, commerce, customer experience and analytics business needs. This builds on MeasureMatch’s three core clusters of services regularly sought after by its customers:
CRM and Marketing Automation – MeasureMatch’s largest professional services category, CRM and Marketing Automation serves the requirements of business leaders who have adopted systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshsales, Intercom, Zoho, etc, but need extra expertise to execute advanced configurations and integrations, and create greater insight from the vast volumes of data collected.
Data Visualization, Analytics and Business Intelligence – Another popular and growing category, MeasureMatch is seeing businesses globally attempting to use products like Google Data Studio, Microsoft’s Power BI, plus Salesforce’s Tableau and Datorama, but finding these systems are developing more quickly than internal skills and capabilities, or there are simply too few people to do the work.
Product and Customer Experience Analytics – The appetite for understanding marketing investment performance, attributable customer journeys and product usability is rapidly growing through solutions including Amplitude, Mixpanel, FullStory, Google Analytics, Segment and many more.
“Despite the lofty associations, digital transformation is real and happening on both a micro and macro level across all types, shapes and sizes of organizations globally. The core clusters of services we’ve seen emerge over the past 18 months have served as valuable bellwethers for the current category expansion, which opens up exciting new areas of value for clients, service providers and the SaaS and enterprise software vendors underpinning digital transformation initiatives,” noted MeasureMatch Founder and CEO, James Sandoval,.
Remaining aligned to its systems and data professional services focus, the MeasureMatch marketplace platform now includes the following new categories of professional services:
Business Consulting – Service providers are booked for a full range of digital transformation work, from advisory and execution, including technology and data strategy, product development, process automation, business models and more.
Cloud Platforms – Including services to advance the use of Google Cloud, Amazon AWS, Microsoft Azure, IBM, Alibaba, VMware, SAP, among others.
Media Investment Management – Centrally focused on display, social, search marketing services.
Sales, Marketing and Customer Service – Helping businesses to do more with Salesforce, HubSpot, Freshsales, Intercom, Zoho, plus Pipedrive, Microsoft Dynamics, Copper, Marketo, Emarsys and more.
Data Management, Visualization and BI – Spanning ETL using Fivetran, Matillion and Visokio’s Omniscope; dashboard builds using Google’s Data Studio, Microsoft’s Power BI and Saleforce’s Tableau; robotic process automation via Zapier, Integromat, among others; CDP advancements using Tealium, Segment; and, cloud data warehouses using Qubole, Snowflake, CockroachDB and others.
Machine Learning and AI – Services for clients using Squark, Dataiku, DataRobot, Databricks, IBM Watson, Rapidminer, Datameer, Qubole, Google Cloud, Amazon AWS and Microsoft Azure.
CX, UX and Product Analytics – Areas of focus include Unbounce, FullStory, Decibel, Heap, Amplitude, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Adobe Analytics, Matomo and many more.
eCommerce – Covering BigCommerce, WooCommerce, IBM Websphere, Adobe Magento, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, SAP Hybris, Spryker, Oro Commerce and many more.
The platform is also expecting four additional major new categories to grow exponentially during 2021: Software Development, Communications and Collaboration, Cybersecurity, and Space.
“With thousands of service providers spread across hundreds of talent marketplace platforms, we recognize finding a trusted, reliable, high-quality partner can be a complex, time-consuming process for organizations in need of trusted, high value services,” said Jerelle Gainey, Founder and Principal Data Architect of Atlanta-based PowerHouse, a Microsoft consultancy partner providing Power BI, Azure and Power Platform professional services.

“With its focus on enterprise systems and data professional services, combined with the team’s active engagement and customer service throughout the proposal and engagement process, MeasureMatch is a best-in-class partner for service providers seeking efficient methods to connect with qualified, new customers and revenue opportunities,”

“Every business on earth, most of which are small or in the mid market, is either trying to advance digital customer experience and data management capabilities today, or will in the coming years. But digital transformation is hard to get right. These businesses will need trusted and accountable service provider partners to realize outsized value from new software systems, from the data these systems collect and from the power of people-driven processes to create 1 + 1 = 3 business outcomes. This is at the heart of why my team and I are building MeasureMatch,” added Sandoval.
