Pangea achieves 74 NPS, double industry average

IoT and intelligent mobile connectivity experts Pangea have announced the results of their 2022 partner survey, which included a customer approval rating of 93% and a Net Promoter Score of 74.

With over 480 Reseller, MSP, ISP and IoT solution provider partners to support, the survey measured partner satisfaction across a range of Pangea services including:

  • Sales coaching and account management

  • Marketing enablement

  • Tech support

  • Product and solution quality

When asked what the most important factor was in their decision to use Pangea’s intelligent mobile connectivity, partners ranked:

  • Coverage and reliability as the main reason for choosing Pangea (53.49%)

  • Flexibility of tariffs as the second most important factor (56.82%)

  • Control and support via Pangea’s SIM management portal as their third priority (53.57%)

And at over double the industry average of 32, an NPS (which measures customer experience and potential business growth) of 74 lands Pangea in the highest tier of ‘excellent’.

How Pangea are responding to partner feedback

With huge industry shifts like the PSTN switch-off and the 2G/3G sunset, Pangea are at the forefront of helping Channel Partners successfully navigate change.

And in direct response to survey feedback, Pangea have already begun releasing new products, exclusive tools, and marketing support.

A potential 2.4 million businesses will be left without connectivity when BT Openreach completes their retirement of the copper PSTN network in 2025. But Pangea’s Partner sales planner takes the guesswork out of the switch-off, cutting weeks from planning replacement rollouts by automatically assigning the perfect connectivity solution for each deployment.

Partners have already used the planner alongside campaign-ready marketing materials to secure seven-figure PSTN migration contracts, including thousands of cash machines and government street furniture tenders.

Pangea are also working on all-new 5G products to support partners who need connectivity for data-hungry solutions. And to help partners win bids on valuable tenders that require managed connectivity, they’ve invested six figures into their portal to give partners all the tools they need to monitor, control, and flex their connectivity.
